1. التعريفات
1. Definitions
"الجود للسياحة والسفر" أو "الشركة" تعني شركة الجود للسياحة والسفر ذ.م.م المسجّلة في الأردن. "المسوّق" أو "المنتسب" يعني الفرد أو الجهة التي قبلت في برنامج العمولة. "الإحالة" تعني الزيارة التي تتم عبر الرابط الخاص بالمسوّق وتنتهي بحجز مدفوع.
"Al Jude Travel & Tourism" or "the Company" means Al Jude Travel & Tourism LLC registered in Jordan. "Affiliate" means the individual or entity accepted into the affiliate program. "Referral" means a visit via the affiliate's unique link that results in a confirmed, paid booking.
2. الانضمام للبرنامج
2. Program Enrollment
- التسجيل مجاني تماماً.
- Registration is completely free.
- كل طلب يخضع لمراجعة يدوية من قِبل إدارة الجود — لا يوجد قبول تلقائي.
- Every application is subject to manual review — there is no automatic approval.
- يحق للشركة رفض أي طلب دون إبداء الأسباب.
- The Company reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم بالغاً (18 سنة فأكثر).
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
3. نظام العمولة
3. Commission Structure
- تُحسب العمولة على الحجوزات المؤكدة والمدفوعة فقط — لا عمولة على الاستفسارات أو العروض.
- Commission is earned on confirmed, paid bookings only — not on enquiries or quotes.
- النسبة الافتراضية 2% من قيمة الحجز ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك خطياً.
- The default rate is 2% of booking value unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- يخضع النظام التدرجي لتحقيق حد أدنى من الإيراد المُحقَّق خلال الشهر التقويمي.
- The tiered system requires reaching a minimum revenue threshold within the calendar month.
- تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل نسب العمولة مع إشعار مسبق لمدة 14 يوماً.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 14 days' prior notice.
4. نافذة الإحالة والإسناد
4. Attribution Window
- تمتد نافذة الإحالة 60 يوماً من تاريخ النقر الأخير على رابطك.
- The attribution window is 60 days from the date of the last click on your link.
- يُطبَّق نظام الإسناد الأخير (Last-Touch) — الرابط الأخير قبل الحجز يحصل على العمولة.
- Last-touch attribution applies — the most recent referral link before booking receives the commission.
- لا يُسمح بإحالة نفس العميل المُسوّق (الإحالة الذاتية محظورة).
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
5. الدفع
5. Payment
- تخضع العمولة لفترة احتجاز 30 يوماً تبدأ من تاريخ الحجز (تتوافق مع نافذة الإلغاء).
- Commission is subject to a 30-day holding period starting from the booking date (matching the cancellation window).
- الحد الأدنى للصرف 20 دينار أردني.
- The minimum payout threshold is JOD 20.
- تُدفع العمولة عبر: تحويل بنكي / CliQ / محفظة واتساب — حسب اختيار المسوّق.
- Payment is made via: bank transfer / CliQ / WhatsApp wallet — per the affiliate's preference.
- في حال إلغاء الحجز خلال فترة الاحتجاز، تُلغى العمولة المقابلة.
- If a booking is cancelled during the holding period, the corresponding commission is reversed.
6. القواعد والسلوك
6. Rules & Conduct
- يُحظر استخدام أساليب الإعلان المضلِّل أو انتحال صفة الشركة.
- Misleading advertising or impersonating the Company is prohibited.
- يُحظر شراء الكلمات الدلالية التي تشمل علامة "الجود" أو "Al Jude Travel" في محركات البحث المدفوعة دون موافقة مسبقة.
- Bidding on "الجود" or "Al Jude Travel" branded keywords in paid search is prohibited without prior written consent.
- يُحظر إرسال بريد مزعج (spam) لترويج الرابط.
- Spam promotion of your referral link is strictly prohibited.
- الإحالة الذاتية (حجز باسم المسوّق أو أحد أفراد عائلته المباشرين) محظورة وتستوجب إلغاء العمولة وتعليق الحساب.
- Self-referral (booking in the affiliate's own name or immediate family) is prohibited and results in commission reversal and account suspension.
7. الإنهاء والتعليق
7. Termination & Suspension
يحق للشركة تعليق أو إنهاء حساب أي مسوّق في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط أو ثبوت الاحتيال. تُصرف العمولات المعتمدة قبل الإنهاء خلال 30 يوماً من إنهاء الحساب.
The Company may suspend or terminate any affiliate account for breach of these terms or fraud. Approved commissions earned prior to termination will be paid within 30 days of account closure.
8. القانون المطبّق
8. Governing Law
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. تُعدّ المحاكم الأردنية المختصة وحدها الجهة القضائية للفصل في أي نزاع.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Jordanian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
